Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited concerning your access to and use of the Faith Companion mobile application and the website faithcompanion.in.

By installing the app or browsing our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account on Faith Companion. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and Website, including source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content & Spiritual Material

You retain all ownership rights in the personal journals, prayer requests, and thoughts you input into the app. By posting requests within a public Church Campaign or a shared Family Circle, you grant us a limited license to transmit that content to your designated circle members in accordance with your settings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members of a Family Circle or community campaign.
• Attempting to bypass security blocks, reverse engineer the AI generation mechanisms, or scrape Bible database text.
• Using the app to distribute vulgar, blasphemous, offensive, or inappropriate content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice or liability, to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms of Service, security threats, or non-payment of subscriptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions shall be brought in the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
