Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Framework

You can cancel your Faith Companion subscription at any time. Cancellation simply stops future renewal charges. Your premium features (like the Family Circle, custom AI prayers, or offline calendars) will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Since subscriptions are initiated and processed via the Google Play Store, cancellations must be managed through Google Play's system. Please follow these steps on your Android device:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone or tablet.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
4. Find Faith Companion in the subscription list and tap it.
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

3. Deleting Your Account is Not Cancellation

De-registering your email profile, requesting data deletion, or uninstalling the app from your device does not cancel your active subscription. You must follow the Google Play Store steps above to stop billing.

4. Post-Cancellation Access

Upon cancellation, your subscription status will transition to "Pending Cancellation". You will not lose premium tools until your cycle's official expiration date. After expiration, your account will fall back to the free tier, and family circle members will lose access to shared prayer requests.
